Taking Back Your Power
❈ Our Coaching Sessions ❈
Empowering is one of the "Five E's" used to usher a person from victim to victor. In situations of domestic violence, empowerment is the process by which a person takes control and action in order to overcome present and future obstacles. Gaining inner strength to resist victimization is the turning point to accessing freedom. Once the victim is empowered they begin to reign victoriously in matters concerning their lives.
